Mississippi State University
MSU offers high quality education at the bachelor’s, master’s, professional, and doctoral levels. The university offers a liberal education for all students in a broad-based curriculum of the sciences, the arts and the technological disciplines to prepare them for productive careers and positions of leadership. MSU is located near Starkville, Ms. and is less than 20 minutes from West Point.

Mississippi University for Women
MUW offers degrees to both men and women at the associate, baccalaureate, and graduate levels. Students select a major from liberal arts and pre-professional programs administered through the eight academic divisions: Business and Communication; Education and Human Sciences; Fine and Performing Arts; Health and Kinesiology; Humanities; Interdisciplinary Studies; Nursing; Science and Mathematics. MUW is located in Columbus, Ms. about 20 minutes from West Point.

East Mississippi Community College
EMCC is one of the leading institutions of technology in Mississippi and has provided a strong academic transfer program since 1927. The college seeks to provide quality instruction in general education and vocational-technical programs. The College is committed to an education program that combines senior-college parallel, vocational-technical, business, and continuing education. EMCC is located on Hwy. 82 about 15 minutes from West Point.

Oak Hill Academy
OHA is a non-sectarian school based on Christian principles and dedicated to a quality education for students, age 4 through grade twelve. The school is committed to the total development of each student with emphasis placed on academic, social, moral, personal, and physical development. Oak Hill is located on North Eshman Ave. in West Point.

Hebron Christian School
HCS’s mission is to lead students to Christ and to train them in Christian character, while preparing them intellectually for higher levels of education and leadership roles through the spiritual, moral, physical, social, cultural, and emotional development of the “whole child” to ensure a strong, Christian foundation for life. Hebron serves grades preK-12 and is located in Pheba, MS. which is about 15 minutes west of West Point in Clay County.

The Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science
MSMS is an entirely state funded residential high school for gifted students from all over the state. Tuition, rooms, and books are paid for. Everything, including food and internet access is free, and students have access to excellent teachers and state-of-the-art facilities. MSMS is the nation’s fourth, publicly-funded, residential, co-educational high school emphasizing mathematics and science. It is located on the campus of Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, approximately 20 minutes from West Point.
